3. PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY & PRICING

Certain products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, photographs, sizing, pricing, and other information. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or display, and we cannot guarantee that every representation will be completely accurate.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product descriptions, or change prices at any time.

Prices and promotions available online may occasionally differ from those available at a Voema Boutique retail location unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and, where permitted by law, to cancel or modify an affected order.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

We may also refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, resale, commercial distribution, or other activity inconsistent with the intended retail use of our Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund due for the canceled merchandise to the applicable payment method.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information.

5. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Eligible merchandise purchased from Voema Boutique may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date in accordance with our Return Policy.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not provide refunds to the original form of payment except where required by applicable law.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or use—including makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke odors, or stains—may not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit issued for an approved return may be used online or in-store and does not expire, subject to applicable law.

Customers returning online purchases by mail are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

Voema Boutique offers complimentary standard ground shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $200 or more. Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold will be charged the shipping rate presented at checkout.

Standard ground shipping typically takes approximately 2–3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Voema Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, holiday delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the issue.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers, discount codes, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, or other restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions where permitted by law and to reject promotional use that results from error, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
